This warranty applies solely to material defects and defects that are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Musgrave Manufacturing guarantees the fault-free functioning of the product during the entire warranty period, provided that the product has been used solely for its intended purpose .

Exclusions 
This warranty does not apply to:

1. Mechanical damage caused by the user or to other parts of the product resulting from such damage.

2. Damage and/or defects arising from inadequate maintenance, violation of service or safety instructions, misuse, operational errors, or unauthorized use.

3. Defects caused by improper storage.

4. Collateral damage resulting from the use of the product.

5. Damage due to environmental factors.

6. Defects caused by the use of non-original parts.

7. Defects that resulted in a discounted price at the time of purchase.

8. Alterations and/or adaptations made to the product by any party other than a registered service agent.

9. Defects caused by ammunition that does not comply with CIP or SAAMI regulations.

10. ⁠Use of reloaded ammunition or any ammunition that we have no control over, which completely voids the warranty.

11. Normal wear and tear resulting from usage and/or damage caused by rough handling.

12. Products for which the warranty conditions have not been adhered to.

Warranty Period 
Musgrave Manufacturing provides a warranty period of 12 months for all its products. The warranty period commences on the date of sale to the customer. Any defects occurring within this warranty period will be remedied free of charge, provided they do not fall under the exclusions specified in this warranty certificate. Should any parts of the product need replacement during the warranty period, they will be covered under the same warranty until its expiration.

Warranty Conditions  

1. The customer must conduct a thorough examination of the new product and the accompanying documentation at the time of purchase, familiarizing themselves with its operation.

2. ⁠The warranty certificate must be completed accurately, and a copy of the proof of purchase must be attached.

3. ⁠Claims will only be accepted with a copy of the completed warranty certificate.

4. ⁠All warranty repairs must be documented on the warranty certificate.

5. Customers are encouraged to retain their warranty certificate and proof of purchase in a safe place for future reference.

Additional Notes  

• Any repair or service performed under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

• This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

• Musgrave Manufacturing reserves the right to make changes to warranty terms without prior notice, but claims will be honored based on the terms effective at the time of purchase.

• We will do our utmost to assist any Musgrave customer as far as possible, although there might be a charge involved; such assistance falls outside of the warranty parameters.
